Wasatch Foot & Ankle Institute accepts nearly all major insurance plans, including:

- Tricare
- Aetna
- Medicare
Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we recommend calling our office before your visit to verify your specific policy, deductible, and any referral requirements. Our front-desk staff can help confirm your coverage for both Farmington and South Ogden appointments.
Pay a bill
You can pay your bill securely online at any time through our InstaMed patient portal. Visit pay.InstaMed.com/WASATCHFOOT to view and pay your balance. If you have questions about a statement or need to set up a payment plan, call the office where you were seen.
HSA and FSA
We accept payment from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services, including office visits, custom orthotics, and many in-office procedures. Bring your HSA/FSA card to your appointment, or use it when paying your bill online.
Self-pay patients
If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket, we welcome self-pay patients at both locations. Our staff can walk you through expected costs for your visit or procedure before you're seen, so there are no surprises. Call the office nearest you to discuss self-pay options for your specific needs.
