Dr. Campbell is a native of Layton, Utah. He graduated from Weber State University & subsequently earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Des Moines University in 2010. While in Des Moines he was accepted into the dual degree program and earned a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration.
Dr. Campbell completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Texas A&M Health Sciences Center in Temple, Texas. His training in Texas focused on adult reconstruction of the foot and ankle, trauma, pediatrics, diabetic wound care, limb salvage and sports injuries.
During his residency, Dr. Campbell participated in research projects, published manuscripts, and along with Dr. Frost was recognized nationally for their research in foot and ankle trauma. He was privileged to learn from some of the most recognized names in the field, including Naohiro Shibuya, DPM, MS; Javier LaFontaine, DPM; Lawrence Lavery, DPM; Robert Probe, MD; and Scott Munroe, MD.
He specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, pediatrics, wound care, and foot and ankle injuries. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and loves golf, skiing, mountain biking, traveling, and woodturning.

Dr. Frost grew up in Layton, Utah. He attended Weber State University and studied microbiology. Following undergraduate school, he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Des Moines University in Iowa. While in medical school, Dr. Frost was accepted as a dual degree student and earned a Master's degree in Health Care Administration (MHA).
Dr. Frost completed a 3-year comprehensive surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Texas A&M Health Science Center/Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. While in residency, Dr. Frost had the unique opportunity to train at McLane Children's Hospital, where he received extensive training in pediatric foot and ankle pathology.
During residency, Dr. Frost also participated in research projects, published manuscripts, and along with Dr. Campbell was recognized nationally for their research in foot and ankle trauma.
Dr. Frost specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle disorders. He is trained in complex reconstruction of the foot and ankle, arthroscopy, limb salvage, sports injuries, and pediatric foot deformities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, along with snow skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, running, playing soccer, and watching college football.

Dr. Woolley received his bachelor's degree in zoology and chemistry at Weber State University in Utah. He attended Des Moines University to complete his podiatric degree, and received specialized foot and ankle externship training in Boston at Beth Israel Deaconess with Harvard, at Scripps Mercy in San Diego, and at Legacy/Kaiser in Portland, Oregon.
He completed a three-year surgical residency program with Intermountain Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, with extensive training in foot and ankle surgeries. Shortly after residency, Dr. Woolley published articles on minimally invasive treatment of Morton's Neuroma and Plantar Fasciitis. He is one of only a handful of surgeons in the nation trained in Endoscopic Tarsal Tunnel Decompression, and has written a chapter on minimally invasive foot surgery in Practical Pain Management for the Lower Extremity Surgeon.
Dr. Woolley enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. Growing up in rural Utah gave him a love for the outdoors — he loves hiking, backpacking, fishing, and peak bagging whenever time allows.

Dr. Murrah is a native to the Ogden area and attended local area schools. She attended Weber State University and graduated with a BS in Microbiology in 1998, then furthered her medical education at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa — earning a Master's in Health Care Administration in 2000, a Master's in Public Health in 2001, and her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2002. She also obtained an MBA and a PhD in Medical Management from California Coast University in 2004.
She completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at the Houston Podiatric Foundation in Houston, Texas in 2005, and has been practicing at the Foot Care Clinic in Ogden since 2005, specializing in non-surgical care of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Murrah is Board Certified in Diabetic Foot Care by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. She speaks Spanish and is accepting new patients. She currently resides in the Ogden area with her husband and four children.
